For notifying an exempt activity under the Waste Management Licensing Regulations 1994 (as amended) (WML)
You can notify online the following types of WML Exempt activities:

Non-Fee paying
i.e. all paragraphs EXCLUDING 7, 8(2), 9, 10, 12, 19, 42, 45, 46, 47, 49, 50 and 51.
Activities which fall under paragraphs 23, 36, 37, 40 and 41 are not required to
be notified to SEPA. Paragraph 23 activities should be registered with Animal Health
(previously known as the State Vet Service) an executive agency of the department
of Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra).
